Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will I be charged?

    Your subscription is billed once a month on the same date you originally subscribed. For example: if you subscribed on March 12, your next billing dates will be April 12, May 12, and so on.

  • Can I have multiple subscriptions?

    Yes! Multiple subscriptions are supported — each with its own shipping address.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel anytime through your subscription management page here. Once canceled, you won't be charged for future months.

  • Shipping & delivery

    Orders close on the 20th of each month. New orders open on the 21st. All orders ship on the 25th of the same month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or public holiday, orders will ship on the closest business day.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Korea: up to 7 days
    • International: up to 21 days

    Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship to 211 countries worldwide! You'll be able to confirm your country is supported during checkout. Available countries may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal restrictions or international shipping conditions.

  • Can I track my order?

    To keep the Happy Mail Club affordable, orders are shipped via standard postal mail and tracking is not available.

  • How can I update my shipping address?

    You can update your shipping address through your subscription management page here.

    If you're planning to move, please update your address before the 20th of the month so your next shipment goes to the right place.

  • I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

    Please allow up to 7 days (Korea) or 21 days (international) from your ship date before reaching out.

    Please also make sure your shipping address on file is complete and accurate, including any apartment or unit numbers. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

    If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated window, please contact us with:

    • Your full name
    • Your shipping address
    • The month of the missing order

    If an order is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement depending on availability.

  • Where can I find my past receipts or invoices?

    You can view and download all your past receipts and invoices anytime through your subscription management page here.
