How the Happy Mail rhythm works
Share
A small note about how the Happy Mail rhythm works.
Every letter ships on the 25th of the month. Each one belongs to the subscription cycle that closed five days earlier, on the 20th. So the letter going out on June 25 is for everyone subscribed between May 21 and June 20 — every letter leaving our hands on the same day, traveling out to wherever you are.
In other words, when you subscribe, you're reserving a seat on the next letter going out.
And to those of you who subscribed just after a cycle had closed — thank you, truly. We know the wait can feel long, especially when the next payment arrives before the first letter does. But — and we say this with love — this is a snail mail club. Slowness is sort of the whole idea. These letters travel the old-fashioned way, from South Korea to wherever you are in the world. Enjoy the slowness — isn't a letter even more welcome after a long wait?
Thank you for being patient with our little snail.
With love,
Puuung
