How It Works
- After purchase, please email your photo(s) to 📩 hello@puuung1.com
- Puuung will carefully illustrate your portrait based on the photo(s) provided
- A preview of the portrait will be sent to you for confirmation, and you may request minor adjustments if needed
- Once confirmed, the portrait will be printed, framed, hand-signed, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity
- Your portrait will be securely packaged and shipped to your address.

Important Notes
- Each portrait is a handcrafted artwork that reflects Puuung’s unique interpretation and style. Please provide clear and detailed requirements when submitting your photos
- Due to the limited slots, the waiting period may vary depending on the reservation queue, with a minimum of 3 months required for completion. We will inform you of the expected delivery schedule in our reply email after your order is placed
- This artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- As this is a custom-made artwork, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not available once production has begun
- Puuung reserves the right to decline a commission request due to personal or scheduling circumstances
Shipping
This product is made to order. After your final approval, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from South Korea with free worldwide shipping. International deliveries usually take 5 to 7 days depending on the destination, while domestic deliveries within South Korea typically arrive within 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs or local courier issues. If your package takes longer than 14 days to arrive after shipping, please contact us at 📩 hello@puuung1.com. For digital products, the final high-resolution file will be delivered by email after your approval, and no physical shipment will be required.
Import Taxes & Fees
For U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis threshold of USD $800 has been removed. All shipments to the U.S. are subject to 15% customs duties and a $4.5 clearance fee. These costs are already included in the shipping fee, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.

I saw a review under this product stating that the shipping process was scary and unclear, and that the extra costs should have been communicated to customers.
I'm writing this extra review to explain why I disagree with this person. I ran into the same situation, but never have I thought this was poorly communicated. The chance of extra costs and delays are explicitly stated in the product description. So everyone would be prepared if they read it. Governmental websites also have plenty of information on this, often with the exact fees in percentages included.
Additionally, Puuung was very communicative and eager to help me when I contacted her about it. We resolved everything together and she was very supportive. Another reason why I gave 5 stars. It was extra service that would have been unnecessary if I myself had properly read the description.
Regarding the extra items, I think they are amazing. It is Christmas time, so why keep and store them all yourself? You can instead give them away! I am going to use the letters to make Christmas cards and I'm keeping one calendar while I give the other one to my gf. I think my friends will love the key chains, and the books will end up in a spot of honor in my book closet.

first of all i'm sry that at first i was a bit scared of the shipping process. everything worked fine in the end. you still could have informed customers about the process and taxes beforehand tho. another problem i have now is that you put like 5000 different kinds of items in there and it certainly explains the price, but it's going to be kinda awkward to find good space for all that stuff or in case of the letters etc a good situation to use them. sry, i know it's kinda weird when people say there's just too much. but i would give you 5/5 just for the art itself! that was excellent work
My girlfriend and I are long distance, and one way we communicate and show love to each other is through Puuung1's animations. Her warm art style and the cute lovely things the couple she portrays do for one an other helps us remind each other of the way we want to be when we're together.
