Terms of Service
Once you provide your photo and requirements, Puuung will create your portrait in her unique style on a simple textured background and send it to you in the order of your reservation. Please note that this is a handcrafted process reflecting Puuung's interpretation and style, so providing detailed requirements with your submission is essential. Due to her workload, it may take up to three months to complete your portrait. Puuung carefully manages her time and processes requests in the order they are received, so we greatly appreciate your patience. Custom portraits are intended for personal use only. Lastly, Puuung may decline a custom portrait request due to personal circumstances.
Shipping
Depending on the destination, the package usually takes anywhere from 7 to 14 days to arrive from South Korea. For deliveries within South Korea, the package typically arrives within 1-2 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the product takes more than 14 days to arrive, please contact us at hello@puuung1.com. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Import Taxes & Fees
An international shipment recipient may be subject to import taxes (e.g., VAT or GST), customs duties (depending on the item), and clearance fees, which are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges vary depending on the destination country and local regulations. We have no control over these charges and recommend checking your local regulations for details.
