U.S. Customs Notice (TSCA)
This product has been safely manufactured in compliance with all applicable standards, so you can rest assured of its safety. When importing into the United States, customs may request TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) certification. In that case, please respond with “Positive Certification”, and the shipment will clear without issue.
Depending on the destination, the package usually takes anywhere from 7 to 14 days to arrive from South Korea. For deliveries within South Korea, the package typically arrives within 1-2 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the product takes more than 14 days to arrive, please contact us at hello@puuung1.com. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Import Taxes & Fees
For U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis threshold of USD $800 has been removed. All shipments to the U.S. are subject to 15% customs duties and a $4.5 clearance fee. These costs are already included in the shipping fee, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.
