How It Works
- After purchase, please email your photo(s) to 📩 hello@puuung1.com
- Puuung will carefully illustrate your portrait based on the provided photo(s)
- A preview will be sent to you for confirmation — minor adjustments are welcome
- Once confirmed, the final high-resolution digital file will be delivered to your email
- If you would like Puuung to share your portrait on Instagram, please let us know by email
Important Information
- Each portrait is a handcrafted artwork created in Puuung’s unique style and interpretation
- Please provide clear and detailed requirements when submitting your photos
- Due to limited availability, the waiting period may vary.
- A minimum of 3 months is required for completion.
- The expected schedule will be shared after your order is confirmed
- This artwork is for personal use only and may not be used commercially without prior written consent
- As this is a custom-made artwork, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not available once production has begun
- Puuung reserves the right to decline a commission request due to personal or scheduling circumstances
Shipping
Depending on the destination, the package usually takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days to arrive from South Korea. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us at hello@puuung1.com. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Import Taxes & Fees
For U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis threshold of USD $800 has been removed. All shipments to the U.S. are subject to customs duties and clearance fees. These customs duties and clearance fees are already included in the product price. No additional payment is required upon delivery.

I was so beyond excited to request this portrait for my boyfriend for our anniversary. He and I share Puuung videos with each other throughout the day often since the early days of our relationship, so getting a custom illustration was truly the most epic and heartfelt gift. Her lighthearted content brings us such joy, and we really identify with the long distance video, having started our relationship that way.
Puuung responded to my questions thoroughly, enthusiastically, graciously, and in a timely manner. I felt like she was as excited to draw a portrait for us as I was to receive her artwork!
I was having the most difficult time deciding between photos, and as a result I did a horrible thing and asked poor Puuung to choose one out of the 3 photos I had sent for the portrait, fully trusting that the resulting product would be amazing no matter what, but also realizing I was putting a lot of pressure on her!! Puuung I'm sorry, but also thank you!! 😣
As you can see, Puuung sent me the most perfect, wonderful, and personally reflective creation I could have hoped for!! The portrait exceeded my expectations (which were already wildly high) and it was PURE AGONY waiting another month or so to gift the portrait to my boyfriend. We love it so much it's still sitting on the kitchen table where we look at it multiple times a day and just grin at each other. It is a true fusion of what we really look like and Puuung's unique art style!
