Custom Portrait - Digital Download

Terms of Service:

Once you provide us with your photo and requirements, Puuung will draw your portrait in her distinctive style on a simple textured background and send it to you in the order of your reservation. We will also post it on Puuung's Instagram with a dedicated message for your loved one. Please keep in mind that this is a manual process that involves her interpretation and style, so it's important to provide detailed requirements when submitting your request. Kindly note that due to her workload, it may take up to three months to receive your portrait. Puuung manages her time carefully and works in the order of the requests, so we greatly appreciate your patience. Custom portraits are products intended for personal use only. Lastly, Puuung reserves the right to decline any custom portraits if she is not comfortable with the request.

Import Taxes & Fees:

An international shipment recipient may be subject to import taxes (e.g., VAT or GST), customs duties (depending on the item), and clearance fees, which are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. Particularly in Europe and Brazil, additional import taxes and fees are likely to apply. For shipments to the United States, no additional import costs are generally incurred. We have no control over these charges and recommend checking your local regulations for details.

Shipping:

Depending on the destination, the package usually takes anywhere from 7 to 14 days to arrive from South Korea. For deliveries within South Korea, the package typically arrives within 1-2 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the product takes more than 14 days to arrive, please contact us at hello@puuung1.com. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
