Once you provide us with your photo and requirements, Puuung will draw your portrait in her distinctive style on a simple textured background and send it to you in the order of your reservation. We will also post it on Puuung's Instagram with a dedicated message for your loved one.

Please keep in mind that this is a manual process that involves her interpretation and style, so it's important to provide detailed requirements when submitting your request.

Kindly note that due to her workload, it may take up to three months to receive your portrait. Puuung manages her time carefully and works in the order of the requests, so we greatly appreciate your patience.

Custom portraits are products intended for personal use only.

Lastly, Puuung reserves the right to decline any custom portraits if she is not comfortable with the request.
